Key Responsibilities: • Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals. • Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach. • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs. • Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers. • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals. What We're Looking For: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • A keen interest in healthcare and the recruitment industry. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others. • Previous recruitment experience or a background in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
