Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ Collaborate with the game design team to understand and implement custom multiplayer game features within Unity.
❖ Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js SocketIO for multiplayer functionality.
❖ Implement networking solutions to support real-time communication between players and game servers for casino type of games.
❖ Optimize game performance for multiplayer scenarios, addressing latency and synchronization issues.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists and other developers, to ensure a cohesive multiplayer gaming experience.
❖ Debug and resolve issues related to multiplayer functionality, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
❖ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in multiplayer game development.
Requirements:
❖ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
❖ Proven 3+ years of experience as a Unity Developer with a focus on multiplayer game development.
❖ Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with Node.js SocketIO for server-side development.
❖Proficiency in C# programming language and Unity3D game development.
❖Strong knowledge of multiplayer game architectures and synchronization techniques.
❖Prior experience with real money casino games
❖Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
❖Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
❖Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
❖Prior experience with game optimization techniques and performance profiling as well as web development is a plus.
