The UKG Pro WFM Scheduling & Clinical Scheduling Extensions Analyst plays a critical role in the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling system. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling and staffing practices, system functionality, and user support across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions or UltiPro), with a focus on scheduling. Strong understanding of scheduling best practices, workforce planning, and labor compliance.
