Job Description:
• You support participants from the initial input through to practical application in digital sales
• You lead practical exercises and coaching sessions based on real sales situations
• You motivate participants, answer individual questions and support the transfer into professional practice
• You create a respectful, appreciative atmosphere and encourage exchange within the group
Requirements:
• Experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG)
• Ability to lead practical exercises and coach participants
• Empathy and basic psychological understanding to address individual needs
• Enjoy working digitally; deep IT expertise not required
• Structured, communicative and motivating way of working
