Schedule/Hours:
• 3x12-hour shifts per week: 18:45 – 07:15
• 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Every 3rd weekend and as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, NCI, CPI certifications
• Expert knowledge and skills in telemetry
• Preferred: Medical-surgical and intermediate acute care background
• Comfortable with floating to similar units, including facilities within 25 miles
Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of acute and intermediate care patients with a patient ratio of 1:6 (may vary)
• Deliver high-quality telemetry nursing, closely monitoring and evaluating patient responses
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and shift needs
• Adhere to navy scrub dress code
