Tax Attorney / ERC Specialist Needed to Expedite Pending Employee Retention Credit Claim

Apply Now
I'm seeking an experienced tax attorney or ERC specialist to help expedite a pending Employee Retention Credit (ERC/ERTC) claim for my company that has been stalled with the IRS for an extended period. Situation: Our ERC claim was initially prepared in May 2023 and officially filed with the IRS in September 2023. We are owed a six-figure refund across multiple qualifying quarters (Q4 2020, Q1 2021, Q3 2021). Despite the claim being filed nearly two and a half years ago, we have yet to receive any payment from the IRS. Communication from our filing partner has indicated unpredictable and inconsistent processing on the IRS side, and we're looking for professional help to move this forward. What I'm Looking For: Proven experience navigating the IRS ERC backlog and successfully accelerating claim processing Familiarity with IRS procedures for escalating stalled refund claims (e.g., Taxpayer Advocate Service, congressional inquiries, Form 911, direct IRS resolution channels) Track record of getting ERC refunds released for clients in similar situations Clear communication and a realistic timeline for what to expect Ideal Candidate Has: Direct experience resolving delayed or stalled ERC claims Background as a tax attorney, enrolled agent, or CPA with IRS dispute resolution experience References or case examples of successfully expedited ERC refunds Budget: Open to hourly or project-based proposals. Please include your approach, estimated timeline, and relevant experience in your application.
