As
a System Engineer at DataPatrol, you will play a pivotal role in our PreSales,
PostSales, and support efforts. You will work closely with our sales and
technical teams to understand client requirements, design DataPatrol solutions,
and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a
technical role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies
and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PreSales Activities:
- Collaborate with the sales team
to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
- Develop and present technical
solutions and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
- Assist in creating detailed
proposals, technical documentation, and BoQ's.
- Serve as a technical advisor
during client meetings and presentations.
2. PostSales Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of
DataPatrol solution, including system setup, configuration, and
integration.
- Work closely with clients to
ensure successful deployment and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any
technical issues that may arise during implementation.
- Conduct training sessions for
clients to ensure effective use of our solutions.
3. Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of
contact for technical support inquiries from clients.
- Provide timely and effective
resolution of technical issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with the support
team to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of
support interactions and solutions.
4. Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest
cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Continuously enhance your
technical expertise and knowledge of our product offerings.
- Share insights and best
practices with the team to improve overall capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer
Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience).
- Proven experience in system
engineering, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding
of cybersecurity technologies, including Data and
Information Security and Privacy, Windows Domain Controller and Active
Directory, Microsoft Infrastructure, Virtualization Technologies, DataBase
Server Management and installation, Windows Internet Information Services
IIS.
- Excellent problem-solving and
troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and
presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively
in a team and independently.
- Relevant certifications (e.g.,
CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker) are a plus.
