Job Summary
We are looking for a System Analyst (AI) who can bridge business requirements and AI-driven solutions.
The role involves analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and collaborating with AI engineers and developers to deliver intelligent systems that create real business value.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from user
- Translate business needs into Functional Requirements, SRS, and Technical Specifications
- Design AI-enabled system solutions aligned with business processes
- Work closely with AI Engineers, Developers, Data Teams, and Vendors
- Define system flow, data flow, and integration requirements
- Support development activities by clarifying requirements and design
- Participate in SIT / UAT, validate system functionality, and support user acceptance
- Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements
- Support deployment and post-implementation activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience as System Analyst or related roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC and system analysis methodologies
- Experience creating:
- Functional Requirements
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Technical Specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
AI / Technical Skills (Required / Preferred)
- Understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts
- Experience working with AI-driven systems or data platforms
- Knowledge of:
- API & system integration
- Database & data flow design
- Familiarity with AI-related concepts such as:
- LLM, RAG, Chatbot, Predictive Analytics (preferred)
- Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
