Employer Industry: Mental Health Services Why consider this job opportunity: - Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Generous paid time off and paid holidays - Flexible Spending Account and continuing education benefits - Engage in meaningful work supporting mental health services in correctional settings What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support operational and clinical contract requirements through data pipeline development and maintenance - Write and adapt R, SQL, or Python code to create and refresh aggregated datasets for business intelligence dashboards - Create and maintain BI dashboards, ensuring they meet defined appearance conventions and user needs - Conduct regular monitoring of dashboards for data integrity and respond to user feedback for improvements - Collaborate with management and stakeholders to present dashboards and gather insights for continuous improvement What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in data analytics, informatics, public health, nursing, or a behavioral/mental health discipline (Master's Degree preferred) - Minimum of 2 years of SQL experience - At least 1 year of experience with SAS, R, and/or Python - 2+ years of experience with SSRS and 1+ year with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik - Experience working with healthcare records or health-related data How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical software packages for descriptive and inferential statistics - Exposure to clinical datasets such as pharmacy, EMR, and claims data - Strong references verifying relevant skills and abilities #MentalHealthServices #DataAnalytics #CareerOpportunity #HealthcareData #BIReporting We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
