Sr. Salesforce Consultant (Part-Time)

Job Summary We are a Salesforce Partner, and we are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Professional to join our well-established team of Salesforce fanatics! If you enjoy creating Salesforce solutions in a customer-facing role where you can work 100% remote and be part of a small team or even be an individual contributor, we want to talk with you. We have worked hard to maintan well over 90% customer retention, and we have more projects in our pipeline than we can engage on today. And that is not to mention the new customer acquisitions that we have in our sales funnel! As a company, we are solution agnostic and work in all the typical Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing/Pardot/Account Engagement, CPQ, etc.). We also have teams dedicated to custom development (LWC, Apex, etc.) and integration (Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, etc.). Our current search is focused on a customer-facing, part-time consultant with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL experience. This is a part-time (30 hrs/wk) position. Responsibilities • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. • Design, implement, and maintain client Salesforce orgs. • Perform Declarative Development and implement workflows, process automation, and custom funtionality to improve operational efficiency. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. • Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain compliance with industry standards. • Provide training and support to users, enhancing their understanding of Salesforce features and functionalities. • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform. • Assist in system administration tasks across various operating systems and computer networking environments. Required Skills and Experience • Strong consulting skills in small team settings. • 10 or more new implementations from scratch. • Proficient in Salesforce design, development, and administration with a deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities. • Functional understanding of Apex and custom development (enough to hand-off to Dev) • Deep experience in declarative development and data loading • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies for efficient software development practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on Salesforce administration tasks. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
