The Senior Corporate Attorney will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and structuring agreements, including technology, equipment vendor, services, clinical trial, and pharmacy arrangements, while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements and will bring a practical, solutions‑oriented approach to legal support within a complex healthcare system.
Estimated salary range for this position is $159575.01 - $207447.51 / year depending on experience.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensure
