About the Role
You’ll manage a full docket of employment law matters for major clients, including:
• EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges
• EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Attorney demand letters
• All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
• Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners
The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person court appearances or client meetings as needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Senior-level attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution
• Law firm experience required; EPLI experience preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• Strong communication, writing, and litigation skills
