Job Description: • Direct and manage social media content across multiple clinic locations. • Oversee cross-posting and consistent messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Create engaging topics for posting and coordinate content collection from all offices. • Support the team with video content planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery despite busy clinic schedules. • Create marketing visuals and formatted assets using tools like Canva, photo collage apps, and video editing software. • Assist with marketing campaigns and community networking initiatives. • Create marketing materials for external networking events. • Identify and open new growth opportunities with other medical practices to expand the referral network. • Help establish stronger referral relationships and support outreach efforts. Requirements: • Experience managing social media and marketing execution for a healthcare, wellness, or service-based business. • Strong written communication skills and attention to brand tone. • Ability to manage multiple clinic inputs and create cohesive messaging. • Confidence bringing new ideas and leading content direction. • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multi-location team.
