Job Title: ServiceNow SPO Architect / SME Location: Remote Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Architect/SME to act as a client-side advisor, ensuring solution design, implementation, and configuration align with ServiceNow best practices and procurement business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Architecture Validation:
Review and validate solution architecture to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and business objectives.
• Implementation Oversight:
Partner with teams to guide configuration and deployment of the SPO module.
• Hands-on Configuration:
Support system configuration, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Process Alignment:
Maximize OOTB capabilities and minimize customizations aligned with Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Knowledge Transfer & Training:
Mentor internal teams and ensure smooth post-go-live ownership.
• Testing & QA:
Support UAT and validate system functionality against requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in ServiceNow SPO implementation
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
