Responsibilities: - Find leads and nurtures long-term relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth customers. - As a startup, we expect you to lead by example and be hands-on with getting new clients, developing existing relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to provide the best customer experience.  - In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.  - If you also have a background in Financial Services and a keen interest in the Crypto industry, we’d like to meet you. - Your goal will help us develop our revenue and grow our customers. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Proven experience as a people manager and team leader - Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus - Background in serving affluent and high net worth customers a plus - Background in financial services a plus - Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction) - A customer-oriented attitude - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Problem-solving aptitude - Ability to work well with a team
