- Project Coordination: - Lead internal and external project kick-offs
- Create and manage project plans and scope
- Monitor planning, budget, and quality
- Coordinate project teams including clients and third parties
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: - Serve as primary contact for clients and partners
- Provide regular updates and reports
- Ensure smooth handover to Client Support
- Process & Documentation: - Maintain accurate documentation and administration
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Financial oversight: - Manage invoicing and financial tracking suppliers
- Manage customer billing
- Evaluation & Aftercare: - Conduct project evaluations
- Provide after-care and support post-installation

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
