Position Overview The Senior Principal Software Engineer will own the end‑to‑end strategy, design, and delivery of arenaflex’s next‑generation Customer Support platform built on arenaflex’s cloud ecosystem. You will define supportability standards, champion best practices across the engineering organization, and act as the technical mentor and leader for a high‑performing team of engineers.
