We're committed to combining cutting-edge insights, science, technology, and people to encourage eye care professionals and patients to proactively protect, correct, and enhance healthy sight for life. **Job Summary** arenaflex is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Customer Contracting, Legal & Privacy to join our Vision team in Jacksonville, FL. This critical role will manage, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of customer agreements, including Distributor, Retail, Group Practice, and Internet Sales Contracts, Programs, and service agreements for the ACUVUE Contact Lens business. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Privacy Law, advising the organization on compliant regulation, storage, and usage of personally identifiable healthcare and financial data or information. This role will also shape or navigate complex commercial arrangements and lead the commercial contracting team. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Manager – Customer Contracting, Legal & Privacy, you will be responsible for: * Managing and overseeing contract management processes and systems, including ICD. * Overseeing our contract compliance program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Developing and implementing contracting strategies to support the annual business and strategic plan process. * Leading the commercial contracting team, reviewing contract requests, and providing guidance on contract terms and conditions. * Participating in and sometimes leading the negotiation process with third parties and assisting with the development of amendments and revisions. * Coordinating and supporting the offer development process, presenting issues and risks to the required level of management. * Reviewing and developing complex contracts, consulting with customers, J&J Privacy, and Cybersecurity stakeholders to address concerns. * Supervising and developing direct reports to ensure consistent performance to company and department standards. * Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among the JJVCI commercial organization, the Law Department, Healthcare Compliance Team, Government Contract Compliance Team, and internal clients. * Working in close partnership with Senior US Commercial Programs, Senior Council Privacy, and other Commercial personnel to shape and deliver compliant JJV Commercial programs. * Acting as an operating company-wide expert in Privacy Law, providing counsel and advice on current and ongoing projects that involve data Privacy considerations. * Participating in the ongoing Compliance in Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to help the organization make decisions on programs that compliantly drive the business. * Ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures for Health Care Compliance. * Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to monitor business performance and make data-driven decisions regarding focus areas and investments. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Juris Doctorate degree. * A minimum of three (3) years of full-time contracting experience. * A minimum of one (1) year of people management experience. * Current or previous experience with handling commercial agreements or legal documents. * Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. * A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing critical deadlines. * Certification in Privacy and/or Cybersecurity Law with experience in Medical Device or Healthcare is preferred. * Ability to be organized and flexible around rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and interface effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals. * Current or previous experience with iManage and e-ICD is preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is required. **What We Offer** arenaflex is committed to providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
