Overview:
Summary
The Senior IT Analyst will support the GIS team, assist with training solutions for stakeholders, and leverage expertise in ArcGIS and Python scripting for automation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Tier 1 help desk support, resolving common user tickets/issues, creating / maintaining documentation for workflows, and escalating more complicated issues.
- Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows that make enterprise data available to both Enterprise and Online ArcGIS environments.
- Design and deliver periodic trainings on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Earth, ArcGIS Pro, and other ArcGIS toolsets to the FAA’s geospatial community.
- Publish and maintain CDO curated content within the Enterprise and AGOL environments.
- Assist with user maintenance, report generation, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications and Education:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT-related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with maintenance of ArcGIS Online and Enterprise portals, including users, groups, custom roles, credits, and content
- Experience with automation patterns within Online and Enterprise (e.g. Python scripting, Data Pipelines, ArcGIS Notebooks)
- Experience with Python-based ArcGIS scripting libraries (arcpy, ArcGIS Python API), as well as other standard Python libraries common in general purpose, data engineering, and geospatial workflows
- Experience with ArcGIS Hub, Experience Builder, and other no-code app builders within the ecosystem
- Experience with Survey123, FieldMaps, and other mobile solutions within the ecosystem
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Compensation:
