Job Description:
• Act as a liaison between the assigned internal customer business unit and various functional departments to support system implementation and maintenance.
• Document system processes and train end-users/provide support as needed.
• Analyze systems and business processes, develop cost-benefit analysis, and manage workplans to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams and direct efforts of team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Create management, project status, and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Desktop application systems experience preferred
• Project Management and SAP experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to work with all levels of management
• Prior supervisory experience
• Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance
