Senior Financial Analyst, Finance (FP&A)   Job Summary:   The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will work to deliver the key objectives of the function/area of business. This role will be responsible for financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting.  The role will provide timely, insightful, user-friendly analytics that enable sound business decision-making; the individual in the role will be expected to be involved in the decision-making process, not just providing data.   Key Responsibilities:   Essential Responsibilities include the following:   - Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. - Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide variance analysis  - Provide both analytical support and proactive recommendations to the senior finance and business leaders as needed based upon business results.  - Support business departments with timely reports, value-added analysis, and identify potential performance gaps, recommend modifications to documents, tools, systems and/or processes - Continuously review and improve all owned processes so that the finance department is more effective and efficient. - Follow department standards and metrics to drive performance to a high level of excellence - Maintain open communication with management to help document accomplishments and understand how performance expectations, conduct and organizational missions are linked - Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with internal and external Pillar and finance team customers - Develop KPI dashboards and executive-level presentations     QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics - A minimum of 4-6 years in an analytical role - Strong quantitative and statistical analysis background of key metric data and financial performance indicators in a large, multi-business unit corporation - Corporate FP&A experiences are preferred - Excellent spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, sensitivity analysis, look-up functions, complicated formulas, importing/exporting data and creating and editing macros - General PC and MS Office applications - Power BI skills are preferred - Prior experience with Planful planning software and e-Shipping software a plus, not required.   Desired Attributes   - High integrity, persistently curious, hardworking and solution focused – with a positive attitude and friendly personality - Ability to work in high pressure situations and to meet required deadlines. - This position requires a hands-on collaborative style and a willingness to partner with the business to achieve breakthrough results - Ability to edit check work from multiple directions that incorporate the context of the business to deliver consistently credible results - Demonstrated business acumen with both a big picture and detail focused perspective - Self-starter who takes initiative and has accountability for their work - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growth-oriented environment - Strong organizational, communication skills, and interpersonal skills - Ability to be discreet with confidential and sensitive information - Desire to keep learning new technologies and skills - Experience with economic decision making and models - Understanding relationships between the balance sheet, income and cash flow statements - Experience and familiarity with large ERP systems - Practical experience with data visualization tools and extracting information from databases   For U.S. Candidates Compensation Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400,000 to $83,200 annually. This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting.
