We’re hiring a senior eCommerce growth operator to help us execute and film a series of high-credibility YouTube videos.
These YouTube videos are designed to:
-Provide highly-tactical, usable, valuable content surrounding optimizing ads, pages & offers in order to scale!
-Establish authority
-Build trust before sales calls
-Educate at an operator level
-Drive qualified founders to book intro calls
We already have 15+ videos outlined with:
• Written scripts
• Structured slide decks
• A clear Ads → Page → Offer (APO) methodology
Your role is to bring real execution into the content with real world examples and tutorials.
We can start at $100/hour of filmed content, with long-term potential on the project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
For each YouTube video, you will:
• Review in detail the provided script and slide deck
• Replace placeholders with real eCommerce examples
• Adapt sections where real execution differs from theory (especially with new updates as they occur)
• Update the slides directly with those examples (the examples must be placed in the slides and the script)
• Use the slides as the primary presentation backbone (you will film over the slides then use a link in the slides to go to whichever site you need to show how to do what you are teaching).
• Navigate live to platforms when needed (Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, PDPs, checkout, etc.)
• Film clean, clear YouTube-style content (10–20 minutes per video)
The goal: viewers should feel
“These people actually know what they’re doing.”
Content Focus Areas:
• TikTok ads & Meta Ads (testing, fatigue, scaling)
• Creative systems & UGC performance for each (TTS
• Landing page & PDP optimization
• CRO quick wins
• Offer design, AOV, bundles, subscriptions
• Ads → Page → Offer diagnostics
This content must feel operator-grade, not surface-level.
Who This Is For (Must-Haves):
• 5+ years hands-on eCommerce growth experience
• Strong Tik Tok & Meta ads expertise
• Strong CRO instincts & expertise
• Comfortable teaching via screen-share and slides
• Able to elevate scripts and slides with expert examples and without breaking frameworks
• Clear communicator — practical, calm, confident
Big Plus If You Have:
-Direct involvement with brands doing $50K–$1M+/month
-Agency, consulting, or advisory experience
-Experience creating high-trust YouTube content
-Strong systems thinking (not just hacks)
This Is NOT:
• Not influencer or personality-led content
• Not beginner or junior-level work
• Not “read this script on camera”
• Not motivational or fluffy
How We’ll Work Together:
• We provide the video outlines, scripts + slide structure
• You add real examples and execution nuance
• You update slides directly
• You film using slides as the backbone
• Screen-share other platforms when needed
• We iterate quickly and build a library
If this works well, this becomes ongoing weekly work with potential for other opportunities that we are developing.
