Develop and implement innovative AI models and strategies to effectively manage credit risk for Intuit's consumer base.
Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform credit risk management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing risk management processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and apply them to improve Intuit's credit risk management strategies.
Lead and mentor junior team members in the development and implementation of AI models and strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of credit risk management strategies.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit risk management processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit risk management.
Act as a subject matter expert on AI and credit risk management, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to incorporate external data sources into credit risk management strategies.
Identify and address potential ethical and bias issues in AI models, and take steps to mitigate any negative impact.
Drive business impact through the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions for credit risk management.
