- Responsibility for supervision, coordination and assurance of support, maintenance and further development of the Treasury Management System (TMS) Serrala including payment, account statement and cash modul
- Active participation in finance transformation initiatives and rollout of the TMS platform across international entities
- End-to-end business analysis: requirement elicitation, specification, prioritization and solution design in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensuring stable operations, monitoring processes and continuously improving TMS functionalities
- Acting as a central interface between business and IT for cross-functional TMS topics.
- Independent analysis and resolution of incidents, change requests and system-related issues
- Creation, maintenance and improvement of system documentation, knowledge bases and training materials
- Collaboration with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Completed university degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Economics or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in business analysis, application support or IT architecture within a finance or treasury environment
- Very good knowledge of accounting and finance; experience in international payment transactions is an advantage
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and/or solutions such as SERRALA FinanceSuite or Orchestra is desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- High service orientation, excellent communication skills and confident appearance
- Agile mindset with experience in agile ways of working
- Very good English and German language skills
