What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to align AI solutions with business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
