Job Description:
• Focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across CVS Finance
• Streamlining, supporting, and enabling processes to drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes
• Engaging internal finance business partners to integrate process improvement, reengineering, automation, and other related capabilities
• Analyzing and interpreting complex data to support process reengineering and overall process improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in scoping, defining, mapping, planning, and executing on projects in a matrix business environment
• Documenting and analyzing complex business processes
• Identifying process waste and efficiencies and reengineering processes
• Comprehending process flows and complex data sets
• Translating business requirements into functional requirements for technology-enabled solutions
• Experience creating data visualizations
• Expertise in business intelligence, including data sourcing, data management, analysis, and visualization
• Working with MS Suite products, including Visio, Access, SharePoint, Power BI; Tableau; and SQL
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher) preferred
• LEAN training and/or certification preferred
• Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
• Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) preferred
• Client relationship management experience and/or training preferred
