A clinical-stage AI drug discovery company is assembling a Scientific Advisory Board as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and an active funding round.
We are looking for experienced professionals in the following areas:
MDs with clinical backgrounds in pain management, anesthesiology, dermatology, wound care, or obstetrics/gynecology
PhDs in pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, drug delivery, or pharmaceutical sciences
Former pharmaceutical industry executives (R&D, clinical development, regulatory affairs, or medical affairs)
Researchers with expertise in AI/ML applications in drug discovery
AI/ML scientists and engineers — particularly those with backgrounds in deep learning, generative models, molecular modeling, or computational biology (PhDs or equivalent industry experience preferred)
Professionals with FDA regulatory or IND submission experience
Former Pharma Executives
The Role:
This is a formal Scientific Advisory Board appointment. Board members will be listed on the company website and investor materials and will provide periodic strategic input on clinical, scientific, and AI/technology matters as the company advances its pipeline.
We are currently in an active fundraising period. During this initial phase, board members will receive a modest advisory retainer reflecting the early-stage nature of the company. As the funding round closes and the company enters its next stage of development, we intend to transition advisory board members into expanded roles with compensation that reflects their contributions and the company's growth. Beyond compensation, board members will benefit from a formal association with a company operating at the intersection of AI and clinical drug development — a credential that carries real weight as this space continues to accelerate.
We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in joining a promising company at an early and exciting stage, and who understand the trajectory of how these relationships evolve at clinical-stage biotech companies.
