Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Lead / Solution Architect with 15+ years of SAP Finance experience. The candidate will lead large-scale implementations, S/4HANA transformations, global rollouts, and finance process optimization initiatives. This role requires strong domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional integration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs
Drive finance solution design aligned with business objectives
Architect and configure SAP FI & CO modules:
General Ledger (New GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders
Product Costing
COPA (Account-based & Costing-based)
Lead Central Finance / Global template design initiatives
Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and external systems
Oversee month-end, year-end closing, consolidation processes
Prepare and review Functional Specifications (RICEFW)
Guide ABAP, Integration, and Data Migration teams
Drive Fit-Gap workshops and blueprint discussions
Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore teams
Provide executive-level stakeholder communication and reporting
Required Skills:
15+ years of SAP FICO experience
3+ full lifecycle implementations
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
Expertise in New GL, COPA, Product Costing, and Financial Closing
Experience with Central Finance / Group Reporting
Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country deployments
Deep understanding of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
SAP FICO Certification
Experience in Treasury, FSCM, or Group Reporting
Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance
Experience in Brownfield / Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of data migration tools (LTMC / Migration Cockpit)
