As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the pre-sales process and drive key Sales & Distribution priorities forward by providing product information, case design support, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely support across the pre‑sales process, including product information, case design support, illustrations, and resource navigation
- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from internal partners and external stakeholders in a professional, service‑oriented manner
- Collaborate with team members, Sales leadership, and cross‑functional groups to address needs and support business priorities
- Assist with coordinating information, tools, and resources to ensure a smooth workflow across the team
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, processes, and tools to effectively support sales activity
- Follow established best practices and contribute ideas to refine processes and enhance team effectiveness
- Support the development of materials and messaging used in sales initiatives
