Job Description:
• Analyze sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, and win/loss data using Salesforce
• Develop and maintain dashboards supporting Sales KPI’s (incl. Bookings, pipeline)
• Based on current excel based reporting, develop AI (prompt-based) reports and dashboards and analytical models
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports supporting both Listengage and TCS reporting requirements
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to provide end-to-end sales performance insights
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in pipeline health, bookings, and sales execution
• Deliver insights and recommendations that extend beyond assigned tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data and reporting
• Ensure cleanliness and recency of CRM contact data (specifically tied to Marketing Cloud, Core, Solution Engineering and Partner teams)
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior commercial and business leadership in reporting and analytics roles.
• Strong Salesforce Admin experience, including hands-on experience using Salesforce for sales operations or analytics
• Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Experienced team player, able to align and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Always learning mindset, prepared to evolve as AI and LLM’s (Large Language Models) continue to evolve and drive efficiencies within the reporting and analytics realm
