The role involves conducting high-volume outbound cold calls, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies. Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to engage prospective clients - Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding prospect needs and challenges - Adapt messaging quickly across different industries and buyer personas - Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward value - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives - Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline data in the CRM - Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies Skills - At least 1 year of SDR experience in a high-volume cold-calling environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly - Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging conversations - High energy, resilience, and a strong work ethic - Ability to adapt messaging across different industries and buyer personas - Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment Company Overview - At Elevate, we help people break into high-paying tech careers no experience or degree required.
