As we scale up our Sales Team in Cebu, we're looking for exceptional Sales Closers to join us. Position Summary: Are you a high-performance closer who thrives on turning qualified leads into signed deals? We're hiring experienced Sales Closers to join our B2B sales team and focus exclusively on closing pre-qualified hotel leads. You'll take over after the initial discovery stage, conduct high-impact presentations, handle objections, and bring the deal across the finish line. If youre persuasive, confident, and know how to close deals in a consultative sales environment - this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: - Take over warm leads generated by our sales development team or inbound channels - Conduct final product presentations and follow-up calls with hotel decision-makers - Manage objections, build trust, and guide prospects toward a confident buying decision - Drive urgency and clarity in the closing process - Collaborate closely with sales management and operations to ensure a smooth handover post-sale - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a Sales Closer in B2B, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or service-based industries - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills - Confidence in speaking to hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makers - Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals without micromanagement - Philippines-based; remote work setup Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with the hospitality industry or hotel tech is a strong advantage - Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive - Comfortable working in a remote-first sales team What We Offer: - Competitive base salary with high-performance commission structure - Pre-qualified leads focus purely on closing, not cold outreach - A strong product with high close rates and satisfied long-term clients - Supportive team environment with tools, coaching, and training provided - Remote-first setup with optional Cebu office access once established How to Apply: If you're a skilled closer who wants to focus on what you do best - closing deals - then we want to talk to you.
