Job Duties
- Perform property inspections in accordance with InterNACHI standards of practice
- Document findings and recommendations in a report, including photos
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews and follow-ups
Qualifications
- A clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to crawl on knees and stomach
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and growing company
- Strong computer skills
Experience/Training
- Inspection experience (preferred)
- Customer service/relations experience (preferred)
- Building experience (beneficial)
Job Type

Pay: Hourly plus commission
