Position: Medical Insurance Specialist (Subject Matter expert) Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: Mid-October 2024 Job Details  Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.  Will be assisting with new hires.  Develop and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.  Using computer skills for data entry.  Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.  Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions.  Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.  Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed.  Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)  Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.  Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.  Great work attitude and willingness to help others.  HS Diploma/Equivalent.  High Speed Internet with Modem access.
