Remote Sales & Loan Operations Coordinator (Mortgage) Full-Time | Phone-Heavy | Performance-Driven We are a fast-growing mortgage team building toward $100M+ in annual production. We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful, and solution-focused operator to help drive revenue and manage loan pipeline execution. This is not a passive administrative role. This role requires hustle, discipline, strong phone skills, and ownership. If you’re competitive, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance-based income, this role is built for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Outbound & Sales Support • Make 40–60 outbound calls daily (agents + borrower follow-ups) • Book qualified appointments • Re-engage warm leads • Confirm next steps and move prospects forward Loan Operations • Collect and organize borrower documentation • Follow up on conditions • Keep CRM fully updated and clean • Prevent delays by proactively identifying missing items • Ensure smooth communication between borrower and loan team Pipeline Control • Monitor all active files • Flag issues early • Keep deals moving toward closing • Maintain strict follow-up discipline Who You Are • Comfortable and confident on the phone • Competitive and motivated by measurable goals • Disciplined enough to make 40–60 calls per day • Organized and detail-oriented under pressure • Resourceful, you find solutions instead of waiting for instructions • Coachable and hungry to improve • Motivated by income growth, not just hourly pay You do not: • Avoid difficult conversations • Wait to be told what to do • Get flustered easily • Miss follow-ups Qualifications • U.S.-based • Comfortable working in CRM systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable internet and professional remote setup • Ability to work aligned with PST hours (8AM–4PM preferred) Compensation • $20–$25/hour (based on experience) • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied directly to production and results. • Opportunity to grow with a scaling business • Clear metrics and accountability structure Performance Metrics This role will be measured on: • Daily outbound calls • Appointments booked • Applications generated • Pipeline cleanliness • Deals funded If you want a stable admin job, this is not it.
