Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable features and enhancements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning

Skills
• Experience developing with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines in a remote setting
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
