Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care within a 40-mile radius of your designated location. Monitor patient symptoms, report findings, and collaborate with healthcare providers. Conduct and document supervisory visits with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Engage in case management and charting from home. Select your preferred workload, whether that means working one day a week or five, a few hours a day or full shifts. Who We Are Looking For An active Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license. Experience in home health care is advantageous but not mandatory. Prior inpatient experience is beneficial but not a requirement.
