The Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiting and HR onboarding functions by managing interview coordination, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes, acting as a central point of contact to enhance the recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule phone/video interviews, onsite panels, and team debriefs
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video interviews
- Perform reference checks for final-stage candidates
- Identify and implement improvements to the candidate experience
- Maintain confidentiality in all recruiting matters
- Update candidate records and feedback in the ATS
- Administer the Greenhouse ATS, including job postings and data management
- Collaborate with People team on recruiting and talent strategies
- Partner with hiring managers through all hiring stages
- Conduct weekly onboarding sessions for new employees
Skills
- Experience as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or scheduler
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in candidate screening and reference checks
- Skilled in Greenhouse ATS
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Familiar with Slack or similar collaboration tools
