Our clinical team utilizes AI-empowered electronic records to deliver urgent and primary care to patients across the United States. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team, with a focus on providing exceptional care to adult and pediatric patients via asynchronous and synchronous chat, as well as video visits. About the Role: We're looking for a talented Physician to work overnight shifts (6pm-6am Pacific Time, Wednesday to Friday) and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have: Board Certification in Family Medicine (with pediatric experience) Prior telemedicine experience Active licenses in CA, TX, FL (at least two of these three states), and preferably IN, MI, MS, GA, TN, and OK Excellent communication and typing skills, with proficiency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus) Digital savviness and experience with electronic health records A strong commitment to providing empathetic, personalized patient care at scale What You'll Do: Providing acute and urgent care to patients via live text-based chat and video visits Accurately diagnosing patients and developing evidence-based treatment plans Writing efficient and clear encounter notes, demonstrating strong medical decision-making skills Collaborating with our AI/ML team to improve clinical decision support and provider efficiency Staying up-to-date with EHR feature updates and providing feedback to our product team What We Offer: In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer: A competitive salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 annually, depending on experience and location A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flex spending plans, PTO, and paid parental leave A 401k plan with employer matching The opportunity to work with a mission-driven, diverse, and inclusive team Remote work flexibility and the comfort of working from home Join Our Team: If you're a motivated and compassionate Physician looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
