As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering an effortless medication management experience to our customers. Job Summary: As a Pharmacy Technician at Amazon Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient profiles. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with our team of pharmacists, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless medication management for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Enter patient and order information into our pharmacy system Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and local pharmacies Collect, organize, and evaluate patient information Process new and refill prescriptions Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies by telephone Perform other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment Work from Home Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide a suitable work environment that allows you to perform all job requirements and devote full attention to our customers during work hours.
