CCT has immediate openings for experienced remote medical scribes with Orthopedic experience to transcribe dictated office visits and procedures directly into EHR. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation: Compensation as an independent contractor Remote Scribe begins at $0.80 cents per minute of dictation while on full QA review and goes up to $1.00 per minute of dictation once... released from full QA review. Schedules: ? We have part-time openings. Preference to those that can commit to at least 20 hours per week. ? Create your own schedule Experience ? Minimum of 5 years remote medical transcription and/or remote scribe experience. ? Must have experience with medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare documentation ? NextGen EHR experience strongly preferred ? System Requirements ? Windows-based (Windows 10) computer (MAC not compatible) ? Philips, Infinity in-USB-1, or Infinity in-USB-2 foot pedal (unless you plan to use hot keys to control the audio) ? Reliable, secure, and private high-speed internet connection Skills and Abilities ? Must be proficient in EHR transcription/documentation. (NextGen EHR experience a plus!)
