Remote Medical Assistants to join our Patient Monitoring team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patient care by remotely monitoring and addressing their health needs with compassion, precision, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health data remotely, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Provide real-time support to patients by addressing their inquiries and escalating concerns to the appropriate care teams.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans effectively.
- Educate patients on managing their health conditions and using monitoring tools or devices.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials required.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Proficient in using remote patient monitoring tools and electronic health records (EHR).
- Previous experience in patient care, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused in a remote environment.
