Responsibilities
· Communicate with clients through phone, email, and chat
· Provide basic guidance regarding insurance policies and procedures
· Assist with applications, updates, and general requests
· Maintain organized and accurate client records
· Support internal workflows to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
· Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
