They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and guide them through the signup process while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads
- Qualify prospects through a proven screening process
- Guide qualified prospects through the signup process and hand off to our advocate team
- Follow up by phone, email, and text to boost conversion
- Build rapport, listen actively, and determine service fit
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Share feedback and test new ideas, we move fast and value your input
Skills
- Inside sales or outbound calling experience
- Comfortable on the phone and skilled at handling objections
- Strong communication skills with high empathy
- Organized, coachable, and hungry to grow
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Background in legal, healthcare, or another regulated industry
