Key Responsibilities: Strategic Compensation Planning Partner with HR and business leaders to assess compensation needs and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals. Support the development and enhancement of compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans based on market intelligence and internal equity analyses. Contribute to the design and execution of compensation strategy across annual merit, promotion, bonus, and equity cycles. Compensation Consulting & Program Management Develop and present compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal equity adjustments. Lead or participate in job evaluations and ensure alignment with FLSA classifications and internal grading systems. Perform market pricing using survey tools such as MarketPay, PayScale, Mercer, or Radford to ensure competitiveness and pay transparency. Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local laws including FLSA, SCLS, and other labor regulations. Support compensation audits and job code maintenance, ensuring data integrity across HRIS and compensation platforms. Project and Process Improvement Assist in the rollout of compensation-related initiatives and projects, including system improvements, training materials, and communication plans.
