[Remote] Domain Access Management Analyst

The Domain Access Management Analyst will ensure secure access to enterprise systems, supporting efficient and compliant access management while enhancing service delivery through automation and AI tools. Responsibilities - Processing GOA account creations, deletions, terminations, email account creations, deletions, user transfers, network folder/file permissions, remote access permissions, and various other related duties - Providing day-to-day operational activities to ensure that all services in Domain Access Management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with the user access controls for the supported applications within the Government of Alberta - Providing domain user access in accordance to approved process and using Active Directory - Addressing incidents tickets and work with other service areas as needed to resolve the incident - Escalating incidents or problems to team lead as needed for guidance on resolution - Performing periodic checks to ensure that requests comply with the audit requirements - Participating in gathering evidence for audits - Developing and generating reports for access management - Actively monitoring data integrity - Creating/ Updating knowledge articles as needed - Contributing on activities for service improvements Skills - A related two-year diploma in Computer Technology or a related discipline like Information Management from a recognized post-secondary institution - Experience/understanding of Windows Active Directory Services and File Services - Equivalencies will be considered: A related one-year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution and one year of related experience - An industry-recognized certification from a credible source, may be used in place of the 1-year certificate - Experience in Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), Exchange, Active Directory Services (ADS) - Experience with scripting tools like PowerShell - Experience working with Service Management tools similar to Service Now - Experience in service management frameworks, preferably ITIL - Knowledge of the fundamentals for Identity and Access Management - Exposure to AI-driven IAM tools Benefits - Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) - Management Employees Pension Plan (MEPP) - Alberta Public Service Benefit Information - Professional learning and development - Positive workplace culture and work-life balance - Leadership and mentorship programs Company Overview - The Lieutenant Governor is the Queen's representative in Alberta.
