- Collections: Conduct soft collections for accounts 1–45 days past due
- Negotiation: Establish and negotiate repayment plans with customers
- Research: Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information
- Performance: Maintain high efficiency within a high-volume contact center environment
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume contact center
- Ability to obtain required collections licensing (costs covered by the organization) across multiple states
- Strong skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
- Proficiency in navigating financial and customer management software
