They are seeking skilled Medicare Sales Field Agents to build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans while driving self-generated sales in their local communities.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
Skills
- Bilingual in both English and either Vietnamese or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Prior experience selling Medicare products
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Other preferred languages include either Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog or Korean, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and one of these languages
