Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans
- Provide service for customers' retirement savings accounts
- Educate and empower customers without cold calling or sales pressure
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes
- Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and account changes as directed
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients
Skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and outside traditional business hours
- Associate degree or higher plus at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (minimum 50Mbps download/10Mbps upload)
- Ability to connect computer directly to modem/router via Ethernet cable
- Experience in financial services or call centers
- Strong customer service skills and phone engagement
- Adaptability in communication style for diverse customers
- Attention to detail and ability to learn financial policies and procedures
