We are seeking a skilled Remote Aviation Flight Following Assistant, preferably with a background in piloting or dispatching. Your role will involve monitoring flight progress, ensuring compliance with flight plans, and providing support to pilots in real-time. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of aviation operations. This position functions as an operations support assistant to the Director of Operations, helping ensure every flight is tracked, coordinated, and supported.

Key Responsibilities
Flight Following Support
Monitor Ventura aircraft during operations and report key updates.
Tasks include:
• Track departures and arrivals
• Monitor flight progress and ETA updates
• Identify delays or operational changes
• Notify operations of schedule disruptions
• Maintain live aircraft tracking dashboards

Assist with monitoring weather that may impact flights.
Examples:
• Monitor METARs and TAFs

Vendor Coordination
Assist with confirming trip logistics.

• Confirm FBO handling

• Monitoring NOTAM changes
